Egg-waffles

I like to eat street food in Hong Kong. Hong Kong’s street foods are very special. Each is different from others. For example: egg-waffles I’m going to introduce.  Egg-waffles are made of eggs. I remember I eat it more than twice a week because my economic college is near Tsim Sha Tsui. Tsim Sha Tsui is a place containing lots of great food and shopping malls. One of my favourite snack to buy is just 10 minutes walk from my college. Then, I order an egg-waffles with taro sauce, and eat while walking.
This egg waffle hotspot facing the bustling King's Road in North Point is not hard to miss as it comes from famous local shop. The name of this joint actually means "super hot gang" in Cantonese, but it has become more commonly known as North Point Egg Waffles, or even "that place in North Point". The waffles here are a bit thicker in texture but retain the excellent fluffy consistency that makes egg waffles. The eggs are put into a container with lots of holes. Then, we have to reserve several times and wait for the eggs to be cooked. Moreover, we can add favours to it, when cooking it, for instance: fruits.

There is the address of the original branchb which has the best egg waffles in Hong Kong. It's very important to have a try.
 Original branch at 492 King's Road, North Point, +852 2590 9726. Open 10am-11pm
